West Coast Veterinary Eye Specialists is a progressive practice specializing in Veterinary Opthalmology located in New Westminster, BC. At WCVES we strive to give excellent care to our patients, educate pet owners and provide expert advice to veterinarians. Our Services Our practice is limited to diseases and surgery of the eye. Many ocular diseases are treated and managed medically. Our surgical repertoire is large and includes surgeries on the eyelids, the cornea, the lens and the globe. We also offer laser surgery for glaucoma, melanomas and focal retinal detachment.

Our Patients Our most common patients are the dog and the cat; however, we examine any companion animal and provide consultation services to the Vancouver Aquarium and various wildlife rehabilitation groups. Our horse patients are examined at various clinics in the valley. To reach our distant patients, we offer our services on Vancouver Island and in the Interior at regular intervals.
